DuPage County Forest Preserve Lakes

Regulations    Bodies of Water    List of Preserves

The DuPage County Forest Preserve District has some of the most beautiful and picturesque nature preserves in all of the Midwest. Many of the preserves contain multiple fishing opportunities, making the West Suburbs of Chicago a Fisherman's paradise.

The District has over 30 bodies of water within it's preserves, including the the likes of the Des Plaines River, the East and West Branches of the DuPage River, and Salt Creek.
In order to make this information as easy as possible to follow, we have listed the names of the preserves that contain fishing areas. We have also listed the bodies of water alphabetically, then linking each to the corresponding preserve that holds that particular body of water..
